This site is operated by Kaysey Anderson, a licensed Washington State commercial real estate broker with SVN® | Retter & Company. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

When you submit a contact form, listing inquiry, or offering-memorandum request on this site, we collect the information you provide directly:

• Your name, email address, and phone number (if provided)
• The message or inquiry you submit
• The listing or page you contacted us about
• The audience source you indicated (Landlord, Tenant, Investor)

Our hosting provider (Vercel) and our CRM (GoHighLevel) automatically log standard server data such as IP address, browser type, and referring page when you visit the site or submit a form. The chat widget on this site is provided by LeadConnector and may collect chat transcripts and contact details you provide directly.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry about a listing, property, or service
• Send you information you requested (offering memoranda, market updates, listing alerts)
• Follow up on transactions you choose to pursue
• Maintain records required by Washington State real estate regulations and our brokerage's internal compliance

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their independent marketing.

Who we share it with

We share the information you submit only with parties necessary to act on your inquiry:

• Our brokerage:SVN® | Retter & Company office staff who process listings and transaction paperwork
• Our CRM (GoHighLevel) and hosting (Vercel): software vendors who store the form submission so we can respond
• Co-listing brokers and counterparties: only when relevant to a deal you have asked us to pursue, and with your knowledge
• As required by law: in response to a subpoena, regulatory request, or other legal obligation

Your choices

You can:

• Ask us to delete the information you submitted, by emailing kaysey.anderson@svn.com
• Unsubscribe from email follow-ups at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message
• Decline cookies or block scripts using your browser settings — our site will still function, though some features may be limited

How we protect it

Your information is stored on the systems of our hosting and CRM vendors, which use standard commercial security practices. We restrict internal access to staff who need it to act on your inquiry. We do not store payment-card or financial-account information on this site.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the current version took effect. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
